I am affectionately known as SugaMama to my Sugababies (grandchildren). I love spending quality time with my grandchildren. Cashew brittle is one of our favorite candies to make for the holiday. Like most thiangs it started with family and friends in the kitchen around the holiday made with LOVE. We would give them as gifts to friends, loved ones, teachers, coworkers, etc.
They looked forward to the brittle every year and said on numerous occasions that we should take this show on the road. After hearing this for so long I decided to perfect my craft while using my family as guinea pigs (which they thoroughly enjoyed) I might add. I wanted to make sure that my brittle had the right consistency of buttery salty yumminess that keeps us craving for more. The consistency that blesses my family with smiles and comfort. That’s what I want YOU (my customers) to feel when you taste that first bite of brittle.
